Survey Healthcare Global Appoints Chris Downs, Top Industry, Market Research Leader, to Senior Vice President of Client Relationships

Downs will bring SHG’s world-class service and expertise to market research agencies and consultancies to drive customer-centricity for the global data collection firm in 2023

WATERTOWN, MA February 6, 2023—Survey Healthcare Global (SHG), global market leader of first-party healthcare data collection and custom survey solutions, announces the appointment of industry veteran, Chris Downs, to Senior Vice President of Client Relationships. Downs will support the expansion of SHG’s world-class service and delivery to market research agencies (MRAs) and consultancies. SHG, an Apollo Intelligence (Apollo) brand, will leverage Downs’s knowledge, relationships, and research experience to bring greater value to the firm’s customers.

As SHG’s new SVP of Client Relationships, Downs will oversee the expansion of client relations across several key customers, providing more strategic focus and attention to client service and support.

Previously, Downs worked at a major panel company for several years in many different market research roles, most recently as Senior Accounts Director, working with many of the key players in our industry. Chris’s appointment will bolster Apollo’s larger, 2023 strategy to deliver higher quality service and greater customer value.
