Senior Fieldwork Manager, Quantitative (Europe) (Europe (Remote))

General Overview:

Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing project activity in order to meet client deliverables. Responsible for team member growth, training, success, and escalation of items that need to be addressed to Director, Customer Engagement or Sales team. Responsible for monitoring success of team. Responsible for tracking and monitoring goal progression.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to train others and confirm adherence to SOP
  • Navigates among multiple conflicts, assist PM on team to resolve whilst maintaining a positive, even keel attitude
  • Strategizes with the commercial team for creative account management solutions and wallet share growth
  • Retain some key accounts to manage projects at reduced capacity
  • Project assignment / Team role
    • Review alert details
    • Assigns job / resource and bandwidth management amongst team members
      • Provide a summary for the project manager with assignment
    • Stay cc’ed on specific key accounts as needed
    • Attend internal calls on specific key accounts as needed
    • Group Advisor
    • 1st line escalation point for project issues
    • Troubleshoot / advise on systemic issues facing team, escalation to Director, Customer Engagement as needed
    • Coordinate post-mortems where needed
    • Knowledge transfer across the team
    • Responsibility for overall team PM training & development
    • Weekly project review meetings
  • Assist Director, Customer Engagement with performance management, mentoring, candidate recruitment & hiring decisions
  • Ensures best practices are followed by team members
  • 1st in line to navigate client escalations and ensures conflicts are resolved
  • Coordinate post-mortems where needed
  • Troubleshoot / advise on systemic issues facing team, escalation to Director, Customer Engagement as needed
  • Excellence in assisting with project feasibility and fulfillment when needed
  • Proactively reviews projects with team to mitigate risks
  • Effectively monitors team margin, revenues for reporting
  • Knowledge transfer across the team
  • Shows dedication and commitment to company by working extended hours on occasion or in times of high capacity to fulfill project needs
  • Manage team holiday requests and coordinate with other Team Leads alongside of Director, Customer Engagement
  • Provide input and suggestions for updates to standard operating procedure / workflow
  • Other duties as assigned
